All sales are final once your order has been confirmed.
Since our baskets are made to order using fresh fruits and personalized touches, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care to ensure your basket arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order details.
We’ll review the situation promptly and may offer a replacement or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Delivery Issues
If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery location, we’ll contact them (or you) to arrange a suitable time for redelivery.
Additional delivery fees may apply for rescheduled deliveries.
